The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. There are 7 beds available for guests. You will also have a full kitchen, dining room, game room, laundry room and outdoor seating area by the pool and hot tub.
You will have plenty of parking for everyone. You will have a private driveway that can fit up to 4 cars.
Note: We offer a selection of bikes and beach gear rentals—including beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, cornhole and umbrellas—to make your stay even more enjoyable. Please inquire about available items and rental costs prior to check-in.
Cute quiet neighbor across the road from the beach! Its just a short 5 minute walk or bike ride from the beautiful St Augustine Beaches!
There is one bedroom (bedroom #1) downstairs and four bedrooms upstairs. There is a locked door downstairs between the house and the outside pool area for safety. The pool is heated. We provide beach towels however we do not have beach toys or chairs available.
Please note: The pool heater and spa run on a schedule. The pool heater will be set to heat for the majority of the day and the spa will turn on to heat at 7 pm until midnight. Adjustments to the schedule can be made for different preferences. Pool heating is available from October 1 through May 1 and is weather dependent.
Pool Heating: In climates where average daily high air temperatures aren`t sufficient to maintain the pool water in recommended 77-80 degree range, a pool heater is required for comfortable swimming. In NE Florida we have days where we do not reach air temperatures that will allow the pool heaters to work properly. Because heat pumps transfer heat instead generating it with combustion, they`re most effective in climate zones where the average daily air temperatures during pool season are greater than 50 degrees F. During the winter months, it will be almost impossible to keep the pool temperature comfortable enough to swim as we have days where the temperature dips down into the 30-degree range. Please temper expectations based on the climate and average weather temps for this region before booking.

One dog under 50 lbs allowed with a $175 non-refundable fee. Pets must not be left alone unless kenneled, and are not allowed on furniture. Guests must clean up the yard during their stay. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.

All refunds are subject to a non-refundable 3.9% processing fee (per Stripe’s policy).

Beautiful house, great pool, nice firepit. Stayed here last week with my extended family, 6 adults and 5 kids and pet. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather as well as places to escape to if you need a minute to yourself. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Very close to the most beautiful beach you’ve ever seen. You could walk but we drove over and parking was free. You can drive on if you have a 4 wheel drive. The game room was great for both kids and adults! Host is very accessible. Highly recommend this property

The house is fabulous. It was stocked with everything we needed. The pool is big and the hot tub was fun too. Also you have the option of renting bikes and chairs and we loved all that equipment in the garage.My only suggestion is that I would put a queen size bed in the bedroom down stairs. A double is a little snug for 2 adults.Other than that we loved everything about the house and St. Augustine.

We all enjoyed the property and all it had to offer. The layout of the house was very nice. We especially enjoyed the covered pool and the privacy that this rental offered. The host provided plenty of towels for pool and bathing. The parking was one car in front of another so future guest needs to be aware of how they park.
