Your luxurious lodge retreat is located in a hidden area of nature and plantation pines, which has been home to wildlife such as deer, fox, osprey, cranes, and an occasional friendly box turtle.
As you step into the slate foyer, you're greeted by the elegance of double beech wood staircases leading to two separate upstairs bedroom suites. An artisan chandelier illuminates the 20-foot grand foyer, setting the tone for the opulence that awaits. Throughout the 5000 sq. ft. modern "lodge," Amish-milled cherry wood flooring creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The natural blending of various woods and textures, including travertine, granite, maple, basswood, and leather, adds to the richness of the space. The high cathedral great room serves as the focal point, featuring a patterned slate fireplace and two sets of patio doors leading to the deck overlooking the yard and bay. The open dining area and kitchen provide the perfect setting for gatherings, while the large screened-in porch offers an ideal spot for entertaining and enjoying the summer breeze.
Each bedroom suite boasts its own full bath, television, and window views from the extended sitting/reading room. The master bedroom offers private access to the deck, a walk-in closet, gas fireplace with sitting couch, and a luxurious whirlpool tub and shower. The lower level features a spacious walk-out recreation room with a wet bar and another fireplace.
Dock your boat in the quiet, protected bay just beyond the natural wooded shoreline for the duration of your stay. Your boat slip is located in the quiet waters of Timber Bay, a secluded inlet on the northeast side of Castle Rock Lake. Our family of 14 had an amazing stay! The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Plenty of room that nobody felt crowded. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, silverware and dishes. Each bathroom had plenty of towels. The owners have done a great job making sure you have everything you need to feel at home. The host was great, quick to respond and answer any questions we had! We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing week long vacation.

We had a great stay! Perfect location. Perfect holiday decor. Cleaning could be better (floors/ washing machine / kitchen equipment) when compared to our past stays. But overall, we had a terrific stay and look forward to staying again.

This home is an absolute dream. Every one in our group, as we all separately arrived, walked in with some phrase of awe. The hosts missed no detail in the construction and design of this getaway. The atmosphere inside was as stunning as it was outside. It felt truly like a place where you could disconnect and wholly comfortably connect with each other. The amount of space, especially with dogs and a child with allergies who needed separate space from allergen food, was the absolute cherry on top to keep everything chill and present with as little stress as possible.
