New Castle Rock Lakefront Getaway w hot tub and boat slip

We spent four days spending time with extended family. Listing comfortably hosted 8 adults, 5 kids and our dog. We loved sitting outside, cooking meals and exploring the area. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed and had plenty of activities/areas for the kids to enjoy themselves as well!

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house and would absolutely come back! The property was very well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Chris was an excellent host—very responsive throughout our stay and communicated the house rules clearly and succinctly, making everything easy from check-in to check-out.The layout was perfect for our group of eight, with plenty of beds and space to spread out. In fact, we even had an entire bedroom that went unused. The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and created a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind.One minor thing to be aware of is that the water near the dock wasn't swimmable during our stay because of algae, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the lake. We were able to swim farther out in the middle of the lake without any issues. We also had great luck fishing—we caught walleye, cooked it for dinner, and it was absolutely delicious!Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing lake getaway. We look forward to returning!

This house had the perfect set up for a girls weekend getaway. Plenty of room, very clean and a beautiful view of the lake. The host was amazing to work with and we will definitely be back.

This properties has so many great amenities and is stocked thoughtfully with items needed to make your stay the best possible experience. There were many fluffy towels in the bathrooms and for the hot tub, plenty of firewood for the TWO fire pits, a gas fireplace in the living area, dining table to fit up to 10, comfy beds, large fluffy pillows, tvs in all the bedrooms and a large tv in the living room, big hot tub, east facing wall of windows/glass doors for scenic views over Castle Rock Lake, large closets with luggage racks, and a fully stocked kitchen with added appliances for your convenience. Add this to an incredibly responsive host, and a location difficult to surpass equals an unparalleled lakefront experience!
