About this house rental
For a leisurely vacation we have just what you are looking for! This home has a magnificent view of the White River, sunsets, wildlife, and boats going up and down the river loading up on beautiful trout. The view, located high on the bluff looking down on the river and fields, is so breath taking. Cotter, the Trout Capital of America, is minutes from Bull Shores and Norfolk lakes. All though there is no river access from the bluff, the Cotter boat dock, bank fishing and White Sands Cafe are about five minutes away. You can fish the river or lakes (20 minutes) or just sit on the large deck or eat in the screened back porch. We think the view and setting around the fire pit are as much fun as catching Browns and Rainbows. Also, a day trip to Branson (1 hour 20 minutes) is a good break. We like to fish and then make a day trip tp shop at the Bass Pro Shop, outlet malls or take in Silver Dollar City. The house is very homey, offers all the amenities, and boat parking. We think you will love it as much as we do! We have two King beds and one bunk bed.

What a great beach house in a great location with a great owner super easy to work with !!!! Quiet and larger than the pictures show !!! One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed, which is amazing being on the beach !!!! If you can find the date you need book it !!

Two considerations that, I am sure, Harvey Hicks is aware of. 1) neighbor doing everything possible to dissuade VRBO bookings with his public displays. 2) Kitchen culinary (pots, pans, utensils etc) could use some upgrading. Other than these two fine points, our stay was fine.

Beautiful home sitting high above the White River - Checkin and out super easy Amenities aplenty Would stay again - top notch place for a couple or larger group! Clean- comfy beds- so much space inside and out. Neighbors were quiet (never saw them) Oh, and bald eagles were nesting right below the deck. Wow !!
