The house is a wonderful blend of vintage and modern. Not sure of the date but the house has low windows and original wood floors. It has been restored and updated. Our stay was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed the area as well as the house and are very grateful for the stay.

We enjoyed our stay while fishing. Older house that has been remodeled but still has all the great craftsmen details from original. Short walk to cafe for breakfast and quiet neighborhood.

I couldn't rate this property directly because the day before we were to arrive the owner called and told us the AC had went out. The temps were 100 plus degrees. This owner went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. They found us a different VRBO and made everything work out for our two nights stay in Cotter to be pleasant. I will be back to Cotter to fish, and I will try to rent their place again to hopefully be able to stay:)
I would recommend this VRBO just because the owners were AWESOME!
