It is spacious for 2 people. Interior design is very good. The property has airco, which is very important in the summer.
The location is good, in the center of the city. But the building is not nice.

Overall, the flat was very nice, and the location was absolutely superb. However, there were a few inconveniences that the host should consider addressing to improve future guests’ stays.
The TV is quite outdated and does not offer access to streaming services such as YouTube, Netflix, or Disney+. The electric kettle was broken, and there were no cutting boards in the kitchen. The flat also only had one large, bright ceiling light, making it difficult to create a cozy atmosphere in the evening. In addition, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Another point worth considering is the check-in time of 4:00 pm, especially given that check-out is at 10:00 am. It seems surprising that such a small flat would require six hours for cleaning and preparation.
