Cleanliness

No A/C were installed and some windows had no screens

We liked the cleanliness. The space was enough for us , a family of 4. Location was ok as a station base, just to sleep.

Overpriced. Very outdated. Corner property without much privacy, no landscaping, ugly on the back even though patio was spacious for enjoying an afternoon or evening, still no table in the patio, just using the long wood bench as everything. Beds though were not bad, window A/ C units were a pain in your ear all the time, and with humidity if no A/ C was very uncomfortable of high humidity. No dehumidifiers or ceiling fans , except for a free stand fan in the kitchen ( so old). Oh, the Kitchen! Let’s not forget the the kitchen. The appliances ,except for the fridge were just a bunch of old stuff not even cute or antique, or at least easy and safe to use, it makes you to not use the kitchen at all. If you used the toaster oven to toast a slice of bread, it was turned on by plugging it in, and if you forgot it would burn the house. One night of $685/night we paid , (yup price went up to a nice resort level from fees) definitely, price of one night will be enough to update kitchen with a new stove, new microwave, an air fryer and some IKEA kitchen sets. I am glad it was a station base only for us to come for sleep, have a shower and leave in the morning. Even an umbrella we found in the coat closet to use from the house to the car, was crooked and so hard to open. Looked like everything was found in the curbsides. What a pity!

Clean - up to date appliances - comfortable beds

It was clean. Location was good, close to things to do.

Although the house was clean, it was quite old. The kitchen appliances were outdated, making it an uninviting space for preparing meals. The photos of the house did not reveal the window air conditioners, which were very loud and not properly sealed, allowing bugs to enter. To address this, we stuffed additional tissues into the gaps to help keep the bugs out. The toilets were also very small, which we humorously referred to as "kindergarten-sized."
