Stepping into the house you walk through a beautiful and well stocked Chef’s kitchen and dining area which is the perfect space to craft and enjoy your own vacation culinary masterpieces.
Also on the main floor is a bedroom featuring a Queen size bed, bathroom and spacious living room/tv area. Up the stairs you will find another living room/TV area and convenient work space in case you need to do a little work while enjoying your vacation. Also on the second floor is a large bedroom with three twin beds which is the perfect space for kids. Downstairs a well appointed and recently renovated basement apartment features a Queen size bed, separate bathroom, couch and living area. This home features a central vacuum system, radiant heat and a washer/dryer in the downstairs bathroom area.
On both the main floor and upstairs of this charming Cape getaway there are gas fireplaces for your enjoyment--an ideal way to provide some cozy comfort after a long day of seaside adventure. We enjoyed a wonderful week on Cape Cod and really enjoyed this vacation home in Chatham. The home was very comfortable and exactly as described and depicted on the website. It was clean, well-appointed (including linens, towels, soap, TP, dish detergent, paper towels - all the essentials), everything worked, and the check-out process was very easy. DelMar made the experience akin to staying at a hotel, with the comfort of a home to ourselves. I would highly recommend. Thanks!
