Excellent location for eating out, public transport, and shopping. Beds and lounge were comfortable. Everything was clean. There were unexpected extras - chocolate, coffee pods, condiments, laundry/bathroom items.

Black out curtains would be helpful as it's quite bright in the main bedroom, particularly, even with the blinds down.

The location was really convenient and good value for money considering the facility available in the building. Also, for visitor, they can park their car for free 3 hours at The Glen shopping centre or a 5P car park 5 mins walk from the property.

We arrived at the property 40 mins early. Since it was around lunch time and we had an overnight flight which landed at 11am, we tried to ask the receptionist if we can leave our luggage with the receptionist and go grab lunch while waiting for the check-in time. The first receptionist that we talk to was kind enough to say that we can leave our luggage behind the desk while we go buy lunch. However, another receptionist came and ask if we tenant or airbnb customer. As soon as we said we were airbnb customer, he straight away say we can't leave our luggage behind their desk as they will not be responsible for our luggage. I could have paid $25/hour for early check-in, but I didn't want to do that as I am not sure what time we will arrive. Had I know that we can't even leave our luggage with the receptionist, we would have leave our luggage at the car and go have lunch first somewhere and come back later.

Instruction to collect keys

Shower screens leak. Missing plastic strips on door to seal water inside shower. Rain shower head sprays water sideways escaping through the door gap. Water volume restricted by the knob dial tap. To get warm water knob dial must be adjusted to max volume which is not convenient. A modern tap not fitting for purpose. 3. Toilet lid when opened hid the flush buttons a bit of inconvenience. 4. No white card to open boom gate car park. Sent text msg with a promise to follow up but no response. Has to press help button on boom gate to talk to attendant to open boom gate. 5. Master bedroom curtains have gaps, no total black out. 6. Balcony access door blocked. 7. No portable clothes dryer presumably because a dryer is provided but ....nevertheless inconvenient.

Location of property was great as was facilities in apartment.

Apartment was located on the first floor right in the corner near a busy road which was terrible. The main bedroom and bathroom walls were adjacent to the gym and thumping noises were audible. The window in this room could not be completely closed and the traffic noise was very loud and we had trouble sleeping. Have stayed in these apartments before and room was on north side on a high level so traffic noise was not an issue.
