The location was ideal for what we were doing. The house was a good size. The dinning area was good but I would suggest some placemats for the glass table top. Coffee machine and supply of coffee beans was excellent. Two bathrooms and 3 toilets was also very good.

The air conditioner did not work so the house was very warm and uncomfortable and it took 4 days for the agent to suggest she could drop off some fans. The upstairs double bedroom window didn't have a screen on it so the window couldn't be opened for some air. The strict guidelines for the rubbish couldn't be followed because previous guests hadn't put the bins out so they were full and the green waste bin had bagged rubbish and plastics in it. To accommodate the 6 adults we had booked for we had anticipated using the sofa bed but there wasn't linen supplied for it so we had to purchase some. The rather large stuffed animals were very excessive and took up a lot of space as was the $500.00 iron when a smaller easier to use iron would have been better. The lounge was very uncomfortable for watching TV and there was not enough seating in the lounge room for 6 people together. There wasn't a bin in the kitchen. Had the air conditioning worked perhaps I could have rated the property better but this did affect the comfort of our stay. Considering the amount paid for our stay I would think a $350.00 refund ( $50 a day ) would be reasonable as the property was not as we booked as we booked a property with air conditioning.
