The location was fabulous and it was clean.
The second room needs an AC/ Heater it was so cold on the cold days.

The property itself met our needs very well. 2 bed, 2 bathroom and full-sized kitchen allowed us to have our own spaces (travelling with my 81-year-old father) and have breakfast at home before heading out for the day
Customer service from Airkeeper. We had ongoing issues with parking that really affected our stay. Two days before arrival we were told our booking didn’t include parking, then on arrival there was no car park pass. The instructions sent us to the wrong apartment tower and we spent over two hours being sent back and forth. We were told to wait until Monday for another pass which we got, but when we tried to leave on Saturday — the dongle wouldn’t open the roller door. Overall, very poorly organized and far too much hassle for something that should have been simple.
