A very comfortable and spacious townhouse. It was quiet - both for the short time we were there during the day and at night. The kitchen was well kitted out with everything that you would need. Appreciate little touches like having salt & pepper! We didn't need air con but having fans in the bedrooms was good to get the outside air circulating. Good from a work perspective as there was a separate study and the dining area.
A small thing - we found it tricky to get out of the security gate. I am used to having to use the key fob to open the gate - I didn't realise I had to drive super close to the gate to get it to open. Fortunately some friendly neighbours helped with this tip - could you please add to the instructions?

Nicely set out. Nice and bright, with plenty of windows. Good kitchen. Loved the security, such as entry and exit. Neighbours were very friendly.
Tiled areas were clean but a bit sticky - when these areas (shower etc) got wet, they were dangerously slippery. TV was difficult to operate- would have preferred standard set with free to air stations. Courtyard was a bit messy and the outdoor setting was covered up. The weather was lovely and it would have been lovely to sit outside but the cover was too cumbersome to remove.
