1) Great location, just across a park from the beach, and an easy walk to shops and restaurants; 2) a superb apartment on the 3rd floor with a spacious balcony with outdoor table & chairs & barbecue, and a view through some trees to the sea, 3) secure parking for two cars; 4) a very well-equipped kitchen, including a range of glassware, a coffee maker with capsules supplied, a dishwasher, and a water dispenser.
Communication with the property management company (Holiday Rental Specialists) was mostly good, but they asked for our full credit card details without properly explaining why they needed them, and also didn't let us know the code for the lock-box in advance as promised, so we had to email them to find out, after the time we were due to check in. Also one other minor point: it would have been helpful to know in advance that the apartment is on floor 2.

Great location. Beautiful apartment with everything you need and many nice extras. Plenty of room for a family with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great heating.
Good secure parking with easy access to the apartment. Very quiet location.
Washer and dryer were helpful. Kitchen fully equipped, including with some condiments and cooking ingredients.
Needed some more specific instructions re accessing the apartment- ie. where you could access the lift and which level the apartment was on.
