Unfortunately, we do not recommend this place and will not be returning.

The location of the property was very good—just a 15-minute walk to the town centre and shopping area.

However, the property has a serious damp issue, which made it very difficult for our family to breathe and sleep comfortably. Even after buying candles to try to improve the air, the dampness remained overwhelming. The shower and toilet facilities are extremely outdated and in need of renovation. It's worth paying a bit more to stay somewhere with modern bathroom facilities and fresh, clean air.

The apartment served our needs of a place to sleep for the night. IT was clean and comfortable.

The apartment was spacious an comfortable and served as a restful place for the night.

The property was hard to find as there was no sign outside the building, only over the apartment door. There was a sign for a bike shop on the outside that was apparently only adverting for somewhere else. There was no tea or coffee available, which would be ok for family stays over the summer, but for an overnight stay we were not prepared to be self contained.,

Bei kühlen Außentemperaturen nicht zu empfehlen.

Einrichtung war entsprechend.

Wohnung war zu ungemütlich, Schlafraum mit Betten überfüllt. Angegebene Einstellungswerte, 18 Nacht und 20 Tag wurden nicht erreicht. Konnten leider nicht nachgeregelt werden 10 Uhr noch 17 Grad im Wohnraum. Es war einfach zu kalt auch am Abend. Dafür waren auch die Bettdecken zu dünn.

Die Lage ist super. Man kann zu Fuß alles schnell erreichen.

Das große Bett war steinhart. Das Etagenbett quietscht bei jeder Bewegung.

Unerwartet schön ☺️

Das äußerlich Erscheinungsbild gleicht sich nicht dem was einem in der Wohnung erwartet. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Man hat alles was man braucht und sie ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Wir haben jemanden besucht mit Einschränkungen daher waren wir mit dem Auto unterwegs und hier erreicht man alles in wenigen Minuten aber auch zu Fuß ist alles gut erreichbar was man braucht.

Leider viel zu dünne bettdecken, dazu muss man sagen, dass "normale" im schrank lagen. Warum die sommerdecken aber im Februar bezogen waren, hmm.

Solide Ferienwohnung, auch gut geeignet für eine größere Familie oder Gruppe.

Lage, Größe, Sauberkeit, einfach zu erreichen und einfacher Checkin. Die große Matratze war toll.

Bettdecken und Kissen könnten besser sein, die Küche ist mit dem notwendigsten ausgestattet, nicht mehr.

Heizungskörper in den Räumen ließen sich nicht andrehen bzw. die Heizungsanlage war noch ausgeschaltet. Es war bei unserer Ankunft bereits Mitte Oktober, draußen abends/nachts 6 Grad, also auch die Räume eher kalt.

Alles was wir brauchen

Wir waren äußerst zufrieden. Da unser Sohn seine Ausbildung in Wilhelmshaven macht, brauchen wir bei besuchen ein warmes Bett. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und ich konnte Sohnemann, dank des Backofens, sogar einen Geburtstagskuchen backen. Parken funktioniert auch problemlos da man überall an der Straße stehen kann. Wir hatten vom Gastgeber schon verschiedene Wohnungen und es hat immer problemlos geklappt. Wenn in seinem Haus etwas frei ist ist er unsere 1. Wahl.

Ich hätte gerne zwei Magnete im Bad für den Duschvorhang 😅 Die nehmen wir beim nächsten Mal mit.

Die Lage ist gut, um alles Sehenswerte zu erreichen.

Die Lage. Der Südstrand ist fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso die Innenstadt.

Die Heizung ist schwer zu regulieren. Der Fernseher war nicht zu nutzen, es fehlte eine Bedienungsanleitung. Die ganze Wohnung hat nur einen Rauchmelder im Schlafzimmer. Das ganze Haus ist renovierungsbedürftig.
