5B Jardines Canarios sul Mar Smart Tv y Fibra

Brilliant location, walking distance to all major shops and beach.

The beds and pillows both exceptionally uncomfortable. Unfortunately we experienced a flood with the shower which a gentleman came out to put drain unblock down but this didn’t solve the issue. The bathroom has mould in, and the bathroom door has all water damage where other guests have clearly experienced the same flood issue and it hasn’t been sorted properly. The pool area isn’t maintained as well as it should be, ants everywhere and the pool itself was dirty. We was there 2 weeks and every morning we never saw it being cleaned, only a cleaner brushing dirt into the pool. You should also offer 2 sets of keys as a family it was a nightmare if someone in the family wanted to go out or go back before everyone else.

Good location and clean

Bathroom door doesn’t close the shower doesn’t work properly
