Good enough stay for the price & excellent location, but beware that you might struggle for a comfortable sleep.

Favourite thing was absolutely the location, the view of Mont Blanc, the proximity to the bus stop for town centre & the Flagere gondola was 10/10 and gave this place a higher score than I would’ve normally given. Heating was pretty good at the chalet, we never went cold - note that the fireplace shown cannot be used (something we didn’t know). Dislikes: the beds were not really comfortable & too short for my friends who are 170cm & 180cm tall, and the pillows are way too flat. Struggled with the hot water & boiler for the first day and was very worried that we wouldn’t be able to shower & no response to help asked. (Managed to figure it out eventually but definitely not enough hot water for a larger group). The check in time is noted to be 15:00 but the cleaner didn’t finish until past 16:00. Have to take the rubbish out ourselves at the end of stay - which in Chamonix means that you have to walk to the end of the long traffic road to the large bins. Not necessarily a negative thing but the oven is ridiculously powerful and took some time to work out - can burn food very easily! P.S. if staying at this chalet for skiing, check out Mandrillon Sports just down the road for hire, staff there are absolutely wonderful!

Great property to share with friends for a skiing holiday, I can imagine it would be great in the summer too

The property was great, perfect for 5 adults. All the self catering facilities were great, the air fryer to the coffee machine plus having sugar and salt were a bonus.

Ran out of hot water once and some of the furniture is slightly dated. However this didn’t affect the stay

Lovely house

Very beautiful and clean house. Check in was very easy. Fully equipped with everything needed. Location is very close to town. Love the nice garden and most of it, nice view of Mont Blanc at the back.

Hard to drive car out from house as it is just at road side and near to a road curve. Very steep staircase. Please check all electric appliances have been shutdown before going out from the house as it might get trip suddenly.

Space and view. Rooms. Patio. Shower room upstairs is updated. Great precheck in instructions. Kitchen but did mot really need to use it. Thankful it has papertowel and saran wrap. There was a sealed milk... not sure if it was for us to consume?

The second floor Left bath sink is nondraining ! They shld have put a DO NOT USE SIGN. V narrow spiralstaircase. Not advisable x elders and with knee back problems. Need bigger hot water tank capacity. Hot water supply was gone afyer the second person took a shower.

La propreté des planchers sous les lits était HORRIBLE, La bouteille de gaz à du être remplacée mais la plaque n,a pu être allumée, le service a été sans reponse

صاحب الموقع ارسل تعليمات الدخول والواي فاي قبل ان اعمل تشك ان وبعد وصولي تواصلت معاه على الواتس لكي استفسر عن امور بالمنزل ولم يجب وارسلت له رساله على الايميل ولم يجيب ولم يتواصل معي الا عندما ارسل تعليمات الدخول وعندما ذكرني بموعد المغادره البيت قديم والفرش والمراتب واغطيه السرير والالحف والمخاد كلها قديمه ومتهالكه والمناشف قديمه وبها بقع من كثرة الاستخدام لن اكرر التجربه مرة اخرى به الموقع يبعد عن انترلاكن 2 كيلو لكنه موحش ولا تشعر بان فيه حياه المطبخ به اجهزه كثيره وقديمه

Sympa en famille et bien placé

L'emplacement, la vue, le jardin très appréciable

Les lits simples notamment sont très bruyants et bougent beaucoup. La route assez passante peut déranger quand on souhaite du calme ou même lorsque l'on mange le midi dehors. Quelques petites attentions auraient été appréciées comme du café pour le matin, ou au moins pour le premier jour. C'est la première fois dans une location que je ne trouve aucun "cadeau de bienvenue". Communication avec le loueur inexistante, il ne répond pas aux questions et c'est bien dommage :(
