Belle Vue Des Praz

Great location with amazing views of Mont Blanc, within easy reach of Chamonix (beautiful 30-min walk by the river) or just a 5-min train ride. House is spacious with comfortable beds and large dinning room, but everything looks and smells very old. Also, you could tell it hadn't been dusted in a while. After opening all windows and letting fresh air come in, it does get better. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you need. Large shower with separate toilet but cold water in the toilet does not work, repairements needed..

A few things to be considered by the owner: a stained towel doesn't cost that much to replace, out of respect for guests. Replying to guests' questions after they've made full payment to reserve your property is also expected. I've seen this in several reviews, that the owner never replies to anything.

Todo, muy bien ubicado, la casa es antigua pero con mucho encanto, amplia, ,todo muy limpio y tiene de todo

Vue extra sur le Mont Blanc ( belle terrasse au calme). fraîcheur agréable à l’intérieur malgré la canicule Grand séjour confortable et cuisine particulièrement bien équipée , beaucoup de rangements et de matériel Belle salle de bain très fonctionnelle

Pas de parking privatif, mais de nombreuses places de stationnement dans la rue Prévoir peut-être un lit en 160cm… sinon chambres correctes

La ubicación, perfecta al lado de el teleférico. La casa y las vistas, típica casa de montaña, y vistas espectaculares al montblanc

El primer día nos quedamos sin agua caliente después de que dos personas se bañasen. Escribí por Booking pero nadie respondió. Los días siguientes teníamos agua caliente pero reducimos las duchas a 5 minutos por persona por miedo a que no alcance el agua, lo cual no era muy disfrutable.
