Location could not be better.
The house is very nice.
One of the 2 microwaves could be replaced by an oven - for easy meals (e.g. pizza)
The phone contact have good orientation. Always answered my questions.

Excelente ubicación
Planta baja a pesar de solicitar piso superior. Los estores de las dos ventanas son opacos, no se podían subir porque perdías intimidad por el paso de la gente por la calle.
Enchufe solo en una de las mesillas y ninguno en la mesa escritorio.
Varios desperfectos en soportes y accesorios del cuarto de baño. Dispensador de gel en ducha no funcionaba por escasez de producto.
Climatización deficiente con suelo radiante
