The hotel is extremely well positioned to enjoy the old centre with easy walks to sidre alley and to nearby restaurants and bars. The staff were helpful and the room was spotless. The room was comfortable and the sound-proofing excellent! The air-conditioning was not available because it was October, but we were provided with a fan instead on request. We found the mattresses a little too firm for our liking. Parking at the hotel was secure but finding the entrance is tricky to say the least!
As I get too hot at night we always pick hotels with air-conditioning. It would have been useful to know in advance that they switch it off from October in favour of heating. It was too noisy to sleep with the window open.
