Location & price was good.
Place is a solid old home but in need of some TLC... kitchen pipe burst on the outside - No hot water; Front porch security gate padlock not serviceable; Flatlet sliding door need new rollers; musty smell - needs to be aired

Great size, secure and easy to walk to beach and restaurants.
Some lights didn’t work. No t towels. More info on where keys were and general info would have helped.

Kitchen Tap Cold Water not working, Patio has a broken curtain affair that could have been taken off or put back on - not just left there.
