Very neat and tidy
The fact that we didn't have no hot water on the first night and the caretaker wasn't very friendly

The house was very comfortable and it is at a good location see view and very nice garden. The beach and very secured city and police were visible.
Cold water however it is summer during winter would be major challenge.
