Die Wohnung ist modern, in einem Neubau und hat einen Balkon mit einer genialen Aussicht, inklusive Sonnenuntergang! Die Kontaktperson war sehr nett, hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat gewisse Mängel zeitnah behoben. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Klimaanlage in beiden Räumen.
Ausstattung und Sauberkeit könnten besser sein. Es fehlt vor allem ein Esstisch drinnen.

The location is good, close to many transportation stations and Plaza Mall. The flat had the necessary appliances: dish washer, oven, washing machine, AC etc. Nice view, peaceful location.
On the cleanliness there is space to improve, including bed sheets and towels. The internet service and TV were unavailable due to unpaid bills.

Apartment located in a very nice location, close to the grocery store, Mall and next to the tram lines that makes it easy to commute. Apartment is big and bright with a nice view.
Apartment was not clean and smelled like cigarettes. The coffee machine was very dirty and even the dishwashing sponge was not new and clean, but previously used, and even if I didn't really needed to use it, still it was not very pleasant.
