Facilitati destul de putine( fara fier de calcat/ cuptor microunde etc) Vecini sensibili la orice sunet, dar care au facut galagie aproape constant

Good location, very nice view from balcony
The shower is missing a shower screen, the handrails on the staircase are damaged and not beeing repair and not safe special on the high level where the handrail is not linked to the wall. This place can be nice with a bit of effort if there is a will

Construcție nouă, modernă. Lift până la etajul 7. Poziție bună în Militari. Gazdele, comunicative și receptive au răspuns dorinței pentru a avea 2 tag-uri promt.
Curățenia ar putea fi îmbunătățită puțin.

Apartment located in a very nice location, close to the grocery store, Mall and next to the tram lines that makes it easy to commute. Apartment is big and bright with a nice view.
Apartment was not clean and smelled like cigarettes. The coffee machine was very dirty and even the dishwashing sponge was not new and clean, but previously used, and even if I didn't really needed to use it, still it was not very pleasant.
