The location was good. A huge lake and a park is close. Metro stop is a few minute walk away, and few stops from the old town.
The balcony was sunny. Parking space is right under the balcony.
Neigbors dog barking from early morning. The building was in a bad shape and also with unpleasant smell in the common area. Also we have found some hair on the bedding, so we were not sure if it was clean.
We didn't appreciate the religious shrine in the bedroom.
