E aproape de 2 mall-uri și mijloace de transport. Mai este foarte aproape parcul Drumul Taberei care este un parc drăguț, renovat și frumos. Atât mi-a plăcut.
Curățenia lasă de dorit...la bucătărie vasele le-am găsit slinoase, toate mânerele murdare. Patul scârțâie, iar peretele de lângă pat este super murdar la fel și canapeaua. Nu se poate sta pe ea. Mobila murdară, neștearsă și la baie cât de cât curățel, dar nu igienizat. Trebuie neapărat să investească proprietarul în curățenie și să zugrăvească măcar o data pe an de banii ăștia. Am stat o săptămână și oricât am aerisit tot a mirosit urât în garsonieră. Proprietarul citește mesajele, dar nu răspunde.... Cu părere de rău, dar NU RECOMAND!
