All was perfect, no complain

Very nice location, clean, spatious, nice smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, a bathtub

The remote control was not working properly, no sockets near the bed, the chain of the desk it wasn’t in good condition, the curtains could be longer so that light doesn’t enter… The property is owned by a married couple. The wife was extremely cordial, pleasant, and understanding throughout my stay. She kindly offered me a late checkout, extending it from 11:00 to 12:00. Unfortunately, I forgot to set my alarm and was woken up by her at 12:12. She remained very polite and understanding, reassuring me that it was not a problem. She also informed me that her husband would be waiting outside to collect the key and asked me not to leave it in the mailbox. I left the apartment at 12:22. At that point, her husband (the co-owner) behaved in a noticeably hostile manner. He was speaking loudly in the hallway, almost shouting, which felt uncomfortable and stood in sharp contrast to his wife’s calm and courteous attitude.

I really liked the host, how the communication went and how easy it was to check-in! The most important thing for me was to have a parking spot and the host had one available. The day I arrived I received instructions how to access the parking and everything was all set. No extra cost required for parking. The building is in a huge residential complex, and I felt safe navigating between the blocks and in the area. The location is about 15 minutes by foot from the metro if you are interested in using the public transportation around the city.
