Decent room space, equipped with almost everything, location is at 5 mins walking to the mall, self checkin
Communication with the proprietary was a bit difficult. I asked for 2 more hours on checkout even before making the reservation, they gave me just 1, but I had to insist a lot for a response.
There was an issue with gas and that could pretty much ruin our staying, a big alarm started in the night, gas stopped, heating system entered in error mode. Fortunately I could handle it myself, but the support from them was poor.

Location was great, next to shopping mall, close to tram and metro (we know the area, thus the choice of locatoin).
Host was very responsive and quick, met some extra requests we had and allowed later check out.
we suggest a door mat and a curtain shower - makes keeping tidy easier.
