Réservation pre-payée. Arrivés à la propriété , le code de clé n’a pas fonctionné et nois n’avons pas pu entrer dans le logement. Le Proprietaire n’a pas répondu aux appels et messages. J’ai envoyé des photos qui prouvent que nous sommes arrivés au bon endroit et que le code ne fonctionnait pas. La proprietaire refuse de me rembourser mes 103€ et nous avons du trouver un autre logement. Pre-paid reservation. Arrived at the property and the key code did not work (provided photos to prove it). Owner did not respond to calls and messages. Had to find other lodgings. Owner refuses to refund me my 103€.
