Maison de vacances - Baie du Mont Saint Michel

La localisation de la maison dans la ville de Saint Jean le Thomas était parfaite ! La maison est grande, avec 4 chambres (1 en bas et 3 en haut) et 2 salles de bain. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin et la terrasse ! Maison près de la mer à pied, c'est très agréable. Il y a un bar sur la plage à quelques minutes à pied (Jaja), l'ambiance est super, la vue et la balade sont exceptionnels !! Une petite épicerie est disponible à 2 pas de la maison, ce qui est un plus.

La literie de la chambre du bas est à revoir entièrement et surtout les oreillers. Un petit coup de rafraichissement global ne ferait pas de mal. La cafetière était cassée, nous avons prévenu la personne qui nous a donné les clés. Et pour ceux qui viennent pour des mariages (et je pense que c'est souvent le cas), il manque des miroirs pour se voir entièrement (ce serait vraiment un plus).

Das Haus hat eine schoene Lage, es ist sehr ruhig mit einem riesigen Garten. Man kann es ohne weiteres mit 4 Personen bequem fuer eine laengere Zeit bewohnen.

Leider war nicht hinreichend beschrieben, dass Bettwaesche und Handtuecher mitzubringen sind. Es waere hilfreich gewesen, dass in die Unterkunftshinweise explizit aufzunehmen. Auch, dass keine Moeglichkeit besteht, diese vor Ort hinzuzubuchen und zu zahlen. Die Kuechenausstattung hat Potentiale zur Verbesserung, es fehlen zum Beipiel Schneidebrettchen, scharfe Schneidemesser, Brotmesser etc.. Die Kuechenausstattung wirkte eher wie ein Sammelsurium. Die gerahmten Bilder mit Glasscheibe sind alle mit doppelseitigem Klebeband an den Waenden befestigt. eines dieser Bilder in A3 Format fiel waehrend der Nacht von der Wand und das Glas zersprang in zahlreiche Scherben. Gluecklicherweise war das Bild nicht ueber dem Bett angebracht, Das ist definitiv zu gefaehrlich und sollte sofort behoben werden!

Fabulous location, beautiful little town, 5 minute walk from beach. Lovely boulangerie and shop 2 minute walk, all with a good choice and friendly helpful staff The outdoor space/garden area beautiful

No bedding or towels provided, this wasn't clear from the property description, and no option to hire these The kitchen was poorly equipped, no kettle which when I enquired about this was told a previous tenant must have taken it. The fridge and freezer were dirty, old and rusty with a broken door handle. The cutlery drawer had crumbs in it We washed everything before dating to use it and luckily we're only staying 2 nights so choose to eat out. The toilets smelt off urine, we had to clean them before using. I feel this property was definitely overpriced, this is a shame as it could be wonderful, particularly given the location. The whole house needs a bit of love and attention
