Queen Suite @ 400 Ocean Suites

Location was perfect. The amenities that it came with right down to the smallest details were perfect.

The location of this condo was incredible. We could walk to multiple beaches, pier village, a ton of restaurants and ice cream shops on Mallery street. The whole island is very walkable, but we also rented bikes from Island Bikes [within walking distance] and biked around the island to Beachcomber, Barrier Street Brewery, Bubba's. The condo itself was the perfect size for two people. We didn't cook any meals there, but it looked fully equipped if you wanted to. We preferred to grab coffee/breakfast from a nearby restaurant (Mallery St. Cafe, Palm Coast Coffee, and Three Little Birds.) We were able to access the property easily and the building was quiet.

Only 1 bath towel per person is provided. Would've been nice to have extra, especially if sand follows us back from the beach and gets on the bath towel while freshening up.

Location — just a few minutes from the pier and the beach, the overall setup of the apartment, most of the things were amazing. Responses to our communications were prompt.

- There were 4 of us, but we had pillow covers for only 2 people. - Dishes were not clean: some cups had stains, most plates were oily & not dish-washed properly - Make up towel was placed on the bathroom floor towel These three issues prevented us from giving this property an exceptional experience ranking

We absolutely enjoyed everything on our first trip to St. Simon's. The coziness of the apartment, the accessibility to walk to most anywhere to go eat, shop, walk to the Pier, site see, etc... The short drive to East Beach was great and where we spent a lot of time. If we needed anything we could find it mostly within 1.5 miles of our apartment. The quietness and respectfulness of everyone there was wonderful. The food within walking distance or a very short drive is exceptional! We will be coming back!

Honestly we enjoyed the entire stay! We enjoyed it so much that we never turned the T.V. on, lol! Love the family atmosphere and the quietness even at night time, the accomodations of the entire place! We will definitely be back!
