La posizione centrale vicina alla stazione. La colazione abbondante e la gentilezza del personale, davvero accogliente e cordiale. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in deposito senza doverceli portare dietro dopo il check out. Avevamo una camera familiare con 5 letti spaziosa e pulita, con il bagno in camera. Consigliato!
Manutenzione in particolare le luci della stanza posizionate vicino ai letti non funzionanti e la finestra del bagno non si chiudeva regolarmente. Da migliorare la manutenzione in generale

The location it's easy access to everything
Cleanliness of the room. I'm not sure if it's normal but when we arrive their was some garbage in the bin (some water bottles)

For the price, the location is excellent — right next to the train station, in the city center, and facing a lovely square. Our window also had a beautiful view of the mountains, which was a big plus.
Check-in was at 3 pm, but since we arrived earlier, they allowed us to store our luggage and wait in a small dining area with tables, a kettle, and tea, which was a helpful gesture.
However, the room itself had several drawbacks. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the floor (not carpeted) felt slightly sticky. The bedside lamps didn’t work, which made the lighting inconvenient.
Another important detail is that bath towels were not included — only a small hand towel per person was provided, and large towels were available for an extra €3.
