Paris - Trocadéro

Tastefully decorated. Loved the big tv, modern kitchen and fast WiFi. The host was amazing. Very responsive. The 16th is a great area if you want to be away from the crowds and traffic. I love it.

Place was clean comfortable in a very nice location everything is withing walking distance the metro was very close. Two grocery stores and a small mall lots of pharmacies all in all very excellent and what makes it the best is you get the best for what you spend. In addition the owner was very nice and always helpful and very quick to respond.

Nothing really but some small things that could've been improved. Creaky floor boards and shelves in the shower and a toilet paper holder in the bathroom.

Questo appartamento vale ogni singolo €, e di seguito vi riassumo i nostri "perché sí": ZONA La zona è strategica: a circa 1h di viaggio (treno RER B + metro linea 2) dall'aeroporto Charles de Gaulle e vicino a 2 stazioni della metro. - linea 2 stazione "Victor Hugo" - linea 6 stazione "Trocadéro". La Torre Eiffel si raggiunge a piedi in 10', mentre l'Arco di Trionfo in 20'. Ottima anche per arrivare a Versailles (linea 6 + treno RER C) in poco più di 1h. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti 2 supermercati ben forniti: Auchan (con all' interno panetteria "PAUL") e G20. Oltre a questi sono presenti anche un fruttivendolo sotto casa e uno store "Natutalia" se siete amanti del Bio. Il quartiere è molto curato e signorile, davvero piacevole da vivere. APPARTAMENTO L'appartamento si presenta diviso in 4 zone: - Ingresso - Camera da letto matrimoniale - Zona living + cucina - Bagno Tutti gli ambienti presentano finiture ottime. Il gusto dell'host, Elodie, emerge di continuo nella cura dei dettagli: quadri non scontati e davvero belli alle pareti (compresa la nicchia dove è posizionato il water), parquet antico in tutta casa (a parte cucina e bagno), sì quello che scricchiola quando camminate, ma che proprio per questo non potrete non amare, cucina con penisola dove mangiare e dotata di tutto l'occorrente per cucinare (fornelli ad induzione, microonde, forno, lavastoviglie e lavatrice). Divano 3 posti color ottanio (davvero comodo) e grande TV Samsung curvo per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per musei. È presente una TV anche in camera da letto, e su entrambe è possibile vedere Netflix. Il bagno è davvero funzionale: doccia grande (ci si sta tranquillamente in 2), zona water finestrata separata da una porta scorrevole, zona lavandino e specchio con una seconda finestra.

The location was perfect. Step out the front door, turn the corner and there is the Eiffel Tour. At the end of the street, there are lots of cafes / restaurants. It's a 5 min walk. The apartment is in an original old French Building. There is a lift to the first floor & Nice wide stairs to walk up and down. It's recently renovated . Lovely windows that open out with cute original metal shutters to close on the outside for privacy & to darken the room at night. Bedrooom is spacious & very comfy. With side tables each side of the bed. Wall to wall storage, extra sheets. blankets etc. Kitchen is beautiful. Everything you need + washing machine. The bathroom has been cleverly designed, it's spacious , lots of storage & Toilet is in the bathroom but has it's own separate door. The decor is meticulously designed. Gorgeous artwork, lovely furniture & comfy couch with extra lounge chairs. Hardwood floors throughout . The lighting throughout can be dimmed in each room. The security of the building is amazing. 2 doors to get through before you get to the apt. It's quiet with local residents either side of the apt. Your amongst the best area here in Trocedero for 5 min access to the Eiffel Tower. 10 Min walk to Ave Victor Hugo, then a few more minutes & you are at the Arc de Triomphe. How much better can it get. We ate every night at Le Malakof Restaurant. The staff are friendly, polite, English menus, Good range of food choices. You can order 1/2 Litre of Alsace ( Sav Blanc ) white wine for Euro 12.50 and it is just beautiful. Mains are around 18 - 23 Euros. Cobb Salad is yumm. In early Oct the mornings & nights were getting chilly , but the apart was lovely and warm and no need for heating. There is heating in every room, right down to the towel rack in the bathroom. Elodie the host has just thought of everything.

The property could not be faulted. It's simply amazing.
