The location, the furnishings, the space, the views, the cleanliness and the aircon! We stayed with our two young kids and will definitely be back.
Only having one set of keys to get into the building and apartment. This was challenging when my partner and I wanted to go out separately.

Very good location and big apartment. The apartment is very central but remains relatively quiet
The plumbing is a little dated, and the apartment could do with a little TLC. The biggest concern was a lack of storage. It's ok if you are only 2 but if you are 4 there is no real space to hang your clothes.
The small room with a single bed could do with some renovation as well.

Location was excellent it was in central location and walking distance to most of Romes attractions
The three flights of stairs to haul luggage up was very different and going up to the apartment was very hard
