The hotel is beautifully designed — elegant, refined, and very new. The surroundings are stunning. In autumn, every view from the hotel windows looks like a painting. The afternoon tea is exquisite, with a lovely selection of desserts and snacks. The staff are exceptionally warm and helpful — I arrived a bit late on the first day, just as afternoon tea was ending, but the receptionist kindly prepared something for me anyway. The sauna facilities are excellent and helped me recover completely after long 20 km hikes each day.

a lovely stay in a cosy chalet style room

Very nice hotel, with a great and comfortable room. The bathroom specially, is modern and very pretty. The hotel staff is really friendly and available. The breakfast and afternoon snack (nice touch!) are tasty. The price isn't a cheap hotel but I think it's fair for what you get.

Impresionante hotel en uno de los lugares más lindos del mundo. Todo nos gustó: la atención del personal, su amabilidad, lo hermoso del lugar -lujoso sin ser ostentoso-, cómodo, impecable, con un desayuno y una merienda espectaculares. Ideal para una semana de ski porque tiene lugar de guardado de los equipos. Muchas gracias a todo el personal del hotel por su amabilidad y calidez. Un especial agradecimiento a Silvia.

Hotel increible, de 10. La chica que nos atendió super amable, todo fueron facilidades. Llegamos que ya habían cerrado la cocina pero nos prepararon algo para picar en un momento. Parking perfecto donde incluso nos dejaron utilizar la máquina para limpiar las motos. Desayuno super bueno y muy variado. Las habitaciones perfectas! Para repetir. No es un hotel barato pero vale la pena.

Abseits vom Trubel und trotzdem nah, komfortabel, hochwertig, schöner Wellnessbereich

Wir, 4 Freunde auf MTB-Alpencross-Tour, haben hier eine Nacht verbracht, weil wir uns mal einen Tag mit Sauna und Komfort gönnen wollten. Wir sind in all unseren Erwartungen übertroffen worden. Freundliches und professionelles Personal, alles neu und wertig gemacht, ganz toller Wellnessbereich, Nachmittagssnack inklusive. Versprüht einen Hauch von Luxus ... für verschwitzte Fahrradfahrer ;-) .... auf jeden Fall ein Hotel, das ich auch mit meiner Frau buchen würde, wenn ich es mir in Livigno gutgehen lassen möchte. Abseits vom Trubel ( ich finde das gut ), aber nah genug, um schnell in Livigno-Downtown zu sein.

Von Empfang, über den Zvieri bis zum Frühstück. Einfach grossartig. Das ganze Hotel ist top durchdacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind mega grosszügig und sehr hübsch.

Ten hotel to absolutny gamechanger !

Nasz pobyt w tym hotelu był absolutnie rewelacyjny i na długo zapadnie nam w pamięci ! Już od pierwszego dnia wszystko było dopracowane w najmniejszym detalu. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie – pokoje lśniły, a wspólne przestrzenie były perfekcyjnie zadbane i pachnące. Gdziekolwiek nie byłeś wszystko pachniało perfumami. Obsługa? Przemiła, uśmiechnięta i zawsze gotowa do pomocy – czuliśmy się naprawdę mile widziani. Śniadania codziennie świeże, różnorodne i bardzo smaczne – każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Popołudniowe lunche dodawały jeszcze uroku. Szczególne wrażenie zrobiło na nas SPA – czyste, profesjonalnie prowadzone, a zabiegi pozwoliły nam się w pełni zrelaksować i naładować baterie. Ten hotel to zdecydowanie miejsce, do którego chce się wracać. Polecam każdemu – zarówno na krótki wypad, jak i dłuższy wypoczynek!

Sehr schön eingerichtetes geräumiges Zimmer, großzügiger, gemütlicher Barbereich mit leckeren Snacks am Nachmittag, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Der Wellnessbereich war einfach nur aussergewöhnlich!!! Es gibt einen Fahrradraum mit Lademöglichkeit

Skvélé ubytování, skvlělí lidé, skvělé snídaně a odpolední snack. Určitě přijedu znovu.

Super snídaně, výborný odpoledí snack. Velmi milí a vstřícný personál se stará o vaše pohodlí. Umístění sice je kousek dál od centra, ale hned u hotelu je zastávka autobusu, který jezdí několikrát za hodinu a je zdarma, takže v centru a dekoliv jinde byl člověk za cvilku. Super místo pro hiky a pak relax v saunách. Večeřet se dá v restauraci hned vedle, nebo si zajet do centra. Pokoj nadstandardně velký. Celkově super místo a skvělí lidé.

Nelíbilo se mi, že jsem musel odjet :)
