The capacity if the pool and sauna area is way too small for such a big hotel, in winter it must get crowded. The sauna and relax area is marked as a quiet and kids-free zone, however people behaved very loud there, slamming doors and bringing kids of various age there, the staff didn't do anything about that, especially when the staff counter was often left unattended. So not really a place to relax. Additionally the door to the bio sauna was quite often left open and the sauna cold. The other warmer sauna had a door issue too and people kept slamming the door. The timer for the light in the sauna showers was too short and annoying. The English and German language of certain staff in the restaurant was poor. The information on the allocation to the tables in the restaurant was confusing, each of the staff told us something different.

Helt fantastisk morgenmad med et meget stort udvalg og god kvalitet. Fine faciliteter på hotellet. Meget venligt og imødekomne receptionister og personale i baren.
Vi var et selskab på 17 og personalet i restauranten kunne ikke håndtere dette. 3 tjenerer servicerede os og alligevel kom de ikke med drikkevarer, maden var de over 1 time om - og dette samtidigt med at andre borde fik deres bestillinger som de skulle. Da vi skulle betale havde de påført drikkevarer for hver gang vi spurgte om dem fordi de ikke var leveret. Dette gav en meget dårlig stemning under en ankomst aftensmad som ellers skulle have været hyggelig
