The apartment is very nice, in a good area. The tram station is in front of the block. The rooms are nice although not all have air conditioning. Erik was very nice and helpful.

Op goede locatie, tegenover de tram. Groot appartement op de 6e verdieping met 2 goede slaapkamers. Een huis met karakter. 2 balkons Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

De bedbank sliep wat minder goed. 1 (smalle) parkeerplaats. Als je met 2 auto's bent wel een uitdaging om elders de auto te parkeren. Weinig kopjes en glazen( een beetje zoeken, geen wijnglas gevonden helaas) 1 slaapkamer zonder airco

The location was excellent. Short tram ride to downtown in a quiet location close to tram station and grocery store. Apartment was big and comfortable.

Big downside was the air conditioning… not efficient at all. We were there in July in high heat with the A/C running on maximum and still way too hot for sleeping. Such a bummer. Also having self check in would be preferable. We had to tell them the exact time of arrival which could be difficult. We were 7 minutes late and had to wait another 30 minutes in the car for the guy to meet us later because of that. They have a parking garage but we ended up parking on the streets just because it was easier.

The air conditioner in the main bedroom was loud the entire visit, but by the last day stopped cooling down the room. The air conditioner in the living room started leaking on our second morning so we had to turn it off completely. We also didn’t like the fact that there was no air conditioner at all in the second /kids bedroom. Our trip was in August and though it wasn’t miserably hot, it’s not what we expected.
