The villa is spacious and comfortable. The pool is a good size and there is a lovely outdoor area for relaxing in the sun or shade, with a good built in BBQ. Helpful facilities for washing and a line to dry. Great location, near to the strip (for the young adults in our group) but a lovely quiet cul-de-sac of villas, so 'strip' also wasn't an issue for enjoying a quiet holiday. Short walk to Oura beach with lovely restaurants. We could also easily Uber to the old town and marina, which were lovely with many restaurants. Good local shops nearby. We hired a car and we could always park in the designated area next to the villa.
We had a small issue with the Aircon, but it was sorted swiftly for us. Then it was perfect.

The property was in a perfect location right by the strip however not disruptive in any way. There’s shops nearby and an uber is super cheap to the old town or anywhere else. The villa is well kept and picturesque and the people were really easy to contact and super lovely! Would definitely consider staying here again!
We did find that there were a few ants around but that’s nothing to do with the property itself and bug spray and stuff was provided I honestly can’t fault this place!

Lovely little private Villa. Close to the strip, but far enough away to not be overpowered by noise. Close proximity to some nice restaurants and bars. Taxi to the old town was around £2.50.
Supermarkets close by for in house essentials. Few minutes walk to the beach.
The villa was great. For the sake of being picky, there was no welcome pack. Water/milk/sugar/bread would be a nice touch, but not the end of the world as the supermarket is 50m away

Excellent location and very secure. Felt safe and comfortable in the villa. Met by owner on arrival and explained about the villa. Air conditioning was great and other facilities in the villa made it an enjoyable experience.
Pool was cold and could do with being heated. Possibly information provided on local restaurants and transport would have been helpful. We managed to obtain paper maps of old and new towns later in the stay. We found our way round but could have been useful when we arrived.
