The pool area was perfect. Towels were supplied, loungers & umbrellas too. We spent most days here & the pool was lovely to cool off in as it was very hot. The beds were very comfy, there was a smart TV so we could watch our Netflix at nights. Fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine, micro and toaster. Location is perfect & close to everything you could possibly need. You are close to the strip and can hear the music from the pool through the day which was actually quite nice for us. You cannot hear it from inside the villa at all. Mrs Rosario was lovely when checking us in and the owner Vitor was very informative & kept us up to date and always replied to any messages sent. Seems like a lovely person. If we come back to Algarve, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
The only note would be the bathrooms in the property need a little TLC, but other than that everything was perfect & that did not effect our stay in anyway.

Location is brilliant, next to new town and 15 min walk from old town. Pool area & garden size also brilliant, exactly like just the photo.
Little dated, inside needs updating. Issues on arrival regarding broken front door but housekeeper resolved by end of first day.
Would make it even more special would be if all the cups, glasses, plates etc were all the same and a bottle of water in fridge on arrival.

The property is located within two minutes walk of the main “strip” with a plethora of restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes.
The property boasts a beautiful garden and pool at the rear of the property which although in close proximity to the strip remains private and peaceful.
The owners were always on hand responding to queries in a timely manner and the staff were also extremely helpful, showing us round the property on our arrival, and gifting us with fruit, pastries and even a bottle of wine to help celebrate my wife’s birthday.
We couldn’t have asked for any more of our stay.
There is also an Aldi supermarket for all essentials within a 10 minute walk.
All in all, a charming villa in a prime location which made for a very enjoyable holiday.
There was nothing not to like about this property.
