LOTUS VILLA 2, ALBUFEIRA

Location is brilliant, next to new town and 15 min walk from old town. Pool area & garden size also brilliant, exactly like just the photo.

Little dated, inside needs updating. Issues on arrival regarding broken front door but housekeeper resolved by end of first day. Would make it even more special would be if all the cups, glasses, plates etc were all the same and a bottle of water in fridge on arrival.

The host was cheerful and friendly. Very down to earth and straight to the point.

The property is located within two minutes walk of the main “strip” with a plethora of restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes. The property boasts a beautiful garden and pool at the rear of the property which although in close proximity to the strip remains private and peaceful. The owners were always on hand responding to queries in a timely manner and the staff were also extremely helpful, showing us round the property on our arrival, and gifting us with fruit, pastries and even a bottle of wine to help celebrate my wife’s birthday. We couldn’t have asked for any more of our stay. There is also an Aldi supermarket for all essentials within a 10 minute walk. All in all, a charming villa in a prime location which made for a very enjoyable holiday.

There was nothing not to like about this property.

would have been nicer if there had been garden furniture to sit outside also furniture in the patio was not very good
