2 minute walk from the strip so location was great. The appartement was fine no big issues.

Lock didn’t work at first but started working again mid week. Airconditioning did not work. Sofa’s were really low so not really comfortabele to sit on.

All you need in Albuferia! Pool, location, staff were very helpful.

The property was in a good location with easy access to the strip, Oura beach and a handy little train down to old town. Due to the location it can be noisy but it never bothered us and we all slept through it. The property is ideally aimed at hen/stag dos and young groups but is equipped for family stays as well. The apartment was clean and spacious with everything you need for self catering. Did have an issue with a dodgy toilet seat but we just made the management aware as it was still usable. The terrace is large and plenty of space and the pool area was clean and tidy with a decent sized pool. It had a supermarket and cafe right below which were both good and we used a few times on our stay. There was a mix up regarding damages but this was quickly cleared up and rectified by the management. Great communication regarding where to go and codes to get into the complex and apartment. I would definitely stay again if going away with the girls but maybe not as a family holiday.

The location was great and the staff was quick at responding to messages.

Beds could have been more soft.
