Beautiful property, comfortable stay

This was our first visit to Austria and our preference was to stay close to the mountains. We found this gem of a property almost an hours drive from Innsbruck. The drive to the property from Munich was really beautiful taking us through the beautiful country side. The property is located in a small town called Landeck. The property is located on the main road with its own dedicated parking. The property owner, Harald kept in constant contact and met us for check-in. The decor of the property was tastefully done and the owner had provided everything in the property that one can think for. Even salt, pepper and oil for breakfast. The property was very clean and comfortable. The master bedroom windows looks out at one of the hills. We also visited Innsbruck which took almost an hour. We felt that Harald went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable answering to our questions and suggesting places to visit while we were there. He also allowed us to check-out late for which we were very grateful. There is a mountain called Venet at 10 mins drive to which you can take a chairlift to the summit with beautiful 360 views. We walked from the first station to the summit which took us almost 2 hours. There is a water fall, and natural ponds close to the property which we did not get a chance to visit. There are many other places to visit at 30mins -1 hr drive from the propery. Lidl is at 5 mins walk from the property. This property is ideally located if you are into walks during summers exploring the beautiful mountains, and skiing during winters.

Tyrol über alles

Tyrol is amazing, Harald is an amazing host with a great attitude. I have an idea for an additional business for him - running courses for other landlords on how to run a business. We did not have the opportunity to personally thank his wife for the delicious Apfelstrudel. Maybe in the future we will have the opportunity to return the favor and treat her with Polish cake jablecznik :)

After a few days, I stopped hearing the bells. The owner explains that it is a local tradition think it is unnecessary. Thanks to the bells, it is easier to leave this wonderful place.

We spent three nights in a beautiful apartment in the centrum of Landeck. The apartment was clean, all was prepared for our stay. In every bedroom and living room, you can watch TV with many TV services such as Netflix or Prime Video.

Perfekcyjne miejsce do wypadu na narty!

Niesamowite doświadczenie - jeździmy na narty od kilku dobrych lat po ośrodkach w Austrii, Włoszech, Francji i Szwajcarii i jeszcze nigdy nie spotkaliśmy się z taką gościnnością. - Ogromny apartament, w którym znajdziesz wszystkie udogodnienia, aby czuć się jak w domu. Od świetnie wyposażonej kuchni, przez bardzo sensownie urządzony salon w którym można zagrać w mini-bilarda i inne gry, po czyste i przestronne pokoje. - Świetna baza wypadowa do pobliskich ośrodków - Ischgl, St. Anton czy Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. - Niesamowicie gościnni gospodarze - Harald i Iris wiedzą jak zaopiekować się gośćmi i małymi gestami budują atmosferę i klimat tego miejsca. Tutaj bez spoilerów, żeby każdy poczuł gościnność na własnej skórze. - Mógłbym pisać i pisać, o pralce i suszarce do użytku, o miejscu do przechowywania nart i darmowym parkingu przed wejściem, o klimatycznym wystroju i urządzeniu mieszkania ze smakiem... Ale stawiam kropkę, bo boję się że w następnych latach miejsce będzie już niedostępne przez liczbę gości, jeśli chcielibyśmy wrócić... 😁

Wszystko było perfekcyjne - gratuluję gospodarzom za pomysł na wyznaczanie nowych standardów wynajmu apartamentów.

Volledig ingericht appartement, netjes en schoon als je schone handdoeken nodig hebt kun je het vragen aan de eigenaar en worden gebracht. Ook de ligging is goed, goede bus en trein verbinding. Supermarkt om de hoek, parkeerplek voor de auto voor de deur. Top!!

2 kleine punten; kleine berging voor ski’s en schoenen als de 2 kamers bezet zijn. Afval zou iets makkelijker te scheiden moeten zijn op de kamer.

En flot og lækker lejlighed at holde ferie i med masser af stemning.

Det var virkelig en dejlig lejlighed. Vi starter ud med at parkeringen var lige ved døren uden at bilen var udsat fra kørsel af de andre biler. Vi går ind op ad en trappe og i lejligheden går vi ind i en lækker forgang. Der var lækker badeværelse, stort bad rum. Derefter går vi ind i køkkenet hvor der ikke manglede noget. Der var opvasker, ovn, soda stream, brødrister,elkedel, mikroovn, køl og Frys og en maskine til kaffekapsler. Vi går ind i tv-stuen hvor der er et stort TV på væggen og tæt på står der to daybed - der var både puder tæpper og hyggebelysning. Vi går ind i soveværelset stor seng stort rum og masser af skabsplads. Der er en tilhørende terrasse - stor terrasse med havemøbler. Over i lejligheden var der kræset for detaljerne, der var virkelig gjort noget ud af det. Vi havde god kommunikation af udlejer via WhatsApp.

Vi havde intet at sætte en finger på.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung mit super liebevoller Einrichtung, sehr geschmackvoll

Wunderschön ausgestattet, sehr gute Schalldämmung (viel befahrene Straße auf der Badezimmerseite), alles da, was man braucht, und viel darüber hinaus wie Sektchen, Chips, alle Zutaten zur Salaltsoße, ausreichend Spülmaschinentabs und Spüli, Körperhygieneprodukte für alle Lagen, wirklich mitgedacht. Eine Teekanne, nach der wir fragten, wurde uns umgehend vorbeigebracht, supernett.

Um 6 Uhr läutet in unmittelbarer Nähe kurz eine Kirchenglocke, gegen die kommt die beste Schalldämmung nicht an, als wäre sie direkt neben dem Bett. Umdrehen, weiterschlafen, da kann auch der beste Gastgeber nichts machen. Aber wenn man dazu neigt, nicht gut wieder einschlafen zu können, wenn man um sechs geweckt wird, sollte man das wissen. Uns hat es nicht gestört.

Está situado a media hora en coche de varias estaciones de esquí. El alojamiento moderno y con muchos detalles: champú, gel, acondicionador, secador potente, decorado con mucho gusto, muy acogedor y limpio.

Nosotros cocinábamos en el alojamiento y echamos en falta una campana extractora.

Große, geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Jede zusätzlichen Bitte wurde sofort und ohne Diskussion erfüllt (Rührer statt Mixer :-)

Eines der Schlafzimmer liegt zur Straße hin und nachts leuchtet die Straßenlaterne sehr. Mit einer Schlafmaske aber kein Problem.
