Well located, beautiful fit out… stunning view of the Matterhorn from the bedroom and dining area.
The only thing - it was very expensive, but we couldn’t fault the property.

All the staff were amazing, very helpful and attentive. Really liked how the fridge was restocked every day with water and apple juice at no charge. Breakfast was very good. We had one evening meal on the a la carte menu which was excellent. Super room and balcony with direct views of the Matterhorn.
There was a slight humming noise from the fridge in the room at night which was a little distracting.

Ambiance, location, knowledgeable and welcoming staff, quality of the hotel in general.
Lack of aircon in the room meant we had to sleep with the door to the balcony open all night. It seems aircon isn’t a Swiss thing! Trouble is the planet is getting warmer and the lack of aircon combined with the heat at this time of year (late June) means it is very uncomfortable to be able sleep.

Very comfortable room with great modern design, lovely views of the Matterhorn from the room. Swimming pool was warm and with epic views. Food was great as well. Best hotel we stayed in during our Switzerland trip (we stayed in 3 other hotels), definitely one we will come back to if we have the chance to.
I have nothing to complain about!
