It was just two of us staying for 12 nights. We stayed in the middle of Hua Hin for 8 days prior to staying this villa. The location was out of the way which makes it very quiet. We enjoyed staying in the villa with clean garden and clean private pool which we used almost everyday. Also the owner was very accommodating and responsive for the questions and requests.
Drainage in the ensuite was not draining very well.

Pool was good.
Very loose toilet seat, bad stains on sofa, driveway very tight for car to get in and out of villa car park and tight to get in and out of main gate. If motorbike no problem. No manager available on exit day so had to leave main gate open, manager had phone turned off when we tried call at exit time. Other villas dogs were friendly.

The location of the villa at the end of the street .Quite and private.Very big and everything there for a comfortable stay.
The villa is big and like a home from home.
It would be more comfortable if the living room had air conditioning.The bed rooms have good air conditioning
