The Coach House - Beautiful and Spacious Outside Decking

Fittings and furniture all good. Kitchen appliances all good. Private setting and location good.

No handrail on staircase. Bathrooms good but ventilation systems did not seem to be working

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento durante la settimana di Pasqua in famiglia (2 adulti e 2 bambini) e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. L'appartamento è molto comodo, ben organizzato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è tranquilla, ideale per chi cerca relax lontano dalla confusione.

Sarebbe utile rinnovare gli utensili e i servizi della cucina, soprattutto per chi, come noi, preferisce cucinare in casa durante il soggiorno.

Great communication and ease of collecting the keys

It was a comfortable place and responses to questions were prompt. Easy pickup of keys. Neat accommodation.

I booked for 5 guests, but was provided bed for 4 guests. When I requested a zbed for the 5th guest, I had to pay GBP30 which I believe was not fair considering I paid for a 5 guests stay. The zbed was very uncomfortable and we had to get extra mattress from the host to be able to manage. Flat 6 which is the coach house accommodation is a bit hidden. A little description would help. It took a while to figure that out on a cold Bournemouth night.
