Generally satisfactory, but not happy about the bed situation.
It was a comfortable place and responses to questions were prompt. Easy pickup of keys. Neat accommodation.
I booked for 5 guests, but was provided bed for 4 guests. When I requested a zbed for the 5th guest, I had to pay GBP30 which I believe was not fair considering I paid for a 5 guests stay. The zbed was very uncomfortable and we had to get extra mattress from the host to be able to manage. Flat 6 which is the coach house accommodation is a bit hidden. A little description would help. It took a while to figure that out on a cold Bournemouth night.
