GuestReady - Las Canteras Beach Escape

Lo grande que es, no nos esperábamos que estuviera tan bien y está a 2 calles de la playa de las canteras. Además muy completo ya que hay juguetes de playa para niños, raquetas y hasta unas gafas de buceo.

El sofá era un poco incomodo pero prácticamente ni lo usamos.

There was a real problem with getting our keys. The service kept repeating over and over that the keys were in the box downstairs at the main door. However, this was 100% not the case. We were tired after the trip and couldn't get in. I had to call every single door to ask someone to open the downstairs door for us. Fortunately, there was someone in one of the apartments and she opened the door for us but if I didn't know Spanish to explain what was happening, we would be stranded there as I couldn't reach the service and then via chat, they kept repeating the keys were downstairs. Later, we met another couple who had the same problem. We had to open the downstairs for them. When I tell you there is NO KEY BOX downstairs, please listen to your customers instead of repeating the same thing.

It was a in a good location and it had everything i needed.

It was a little bit expensive for what the overall quality of the building was. Also, I would have appreciated to have shower gel, as is something uncomfortable to buy when you travel as buying a big bottle for only 4 days feels awkward.

Location was perfect.
