Fijn appartement, midden in de stad. Vooral parkeerplaats erbij was ook fijn.
Misschien toch iets groter verwacht.

Great location. Car park was very helpful
Can get noisy but is expected due to location. Didn’t bother me but some thing to think about if you want quiet Just one point be cautious of outside door. Caught my thumb on the door whilst trying to open very awkward to put key in. Needs a handle.

Très bon emplacement, très proche de la plage et des magasins. Possibilité d'avoir un parking dans une ville où le stationnement est très compliqué. Bonne literie.
Le logement a subi et continue de subir un dégât des eaux quand il pleut (suintement sur les murs) ce qui dégrade les murs et qui rend le logement limite insalubre. L'autre gros problème est l'isolation phonique vis à vis de l'extérieure qui est très mauvaise et qui nécessite l'utilisation de bouchon d'oreille pour dormir. En conclusion, en l'absence de travaux pour régler les problèmes majeurs relevés je déconseille la location de cet appartement.
