L’emplacement est génial, avec une vue imprenable sur Las Canteras et l’océan. Proche de toute commodités y compris les transports publics à quelques pas. La personne qui vous présente l’appartement est adorable et pleine de conseils pertinents pour la région.

Le balcon était beaucoup plus petit que ce que j’imaginais, mais la vue le fait vite oublier. La salle de bain est une petite pièce, en particulier la douche. De plus, l’eau chaude est très limitée.

Badsituation

Büdös a társasház az étterem miatt és csak éjfél és 7 óra között lehet relatív csendben aludni a zaj miatt.

The location was excellent and the views from the apartment were as described. The bedroom was large, comfortable and of a good standard.

The balconies are absolutely tiny and definitely smaller than the pictures suggest. They are not really suitable for two people to dine on. The staircase is very challenging especially when carrying suitcases. The non-functiong stairlift is an obstacle especially as the staircase narrows after the first flight of stairs. Definitely not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. There is no lift. The shower only produces emough hot water for a short shower before the water starts to run cold. It takes 15/20 minutes for the water to reheat. Note that hot water in the shower comes out only when the tap is turned to the BLUE setting. In general the finish in the apartment is to a poor standard with makeshift attempts to address deficiencies e.g. broken & loose floor tile coverd be a mat and a exposed plumbing covered up by a loose piece of wood. I would not consider that the kitchen was well provisoned with equipment etc and the elevated position of the microwave was in a somewhat dangerous position. I bashed my skull off the protruding microwave wall bracket and sustained a painful cut. Note that the entry into the apartment is effectively through part of the bathroom. The shower & toilet is in a separate room but the small wash-hand basins are just as you enter the apartment.
