Playa de las Canteras-Albareda 2

Die Lage war super. Es war sehr ruhig in dem Apartment. Alles war neu und sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber verlief problemlos. Alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und es gab detallierte Bilder in Bezug auf die Schlüsselübergabe.

Für unsere Bedürfnisse war das Bett zu hart, aber in der Beziehung gibt es sicherlich unterschiedliche Meinungen.

David was very informative in giving me instructions on how to get into the property. It is very secure as there is a door downstairs that you use a door code to enter the entrance of the building. You then go up a lift to the main door of the apartment where you have to use the key lock box to get the keys for the apartment. David is very clear as he sent photos of how to enter the property and what it looks like. The apartment is very clean and was very comfortable and relaxing to stay in. It is not facing the beach but is only one street behind. It is less than 3 mins walk to the beach. Not only is the apartment very clean but so is the whole building. There is a cleaner that we see come and clean everyday during the weekday. It was spotless! There is a lot of space to hang your clothes in the wardrobe which was useful. It is very quiet in the apartment block even if you sleep with the windows open which we did. There is a fan in each room but no air conditioning. During November, it was sufficient to sleep with the fan on and have the window open at night. Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board also available in the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. Shops are nearby so it was easy to get supplies if you need it. Lots of restaurants and cafes located around the apartment. We really enjoyed the food from a stall at Mercado del Puerto (located opposite the apartment building). It is called Local 17 and is run by a lovely Italian guy called Fernando. He makes the best porchetta!! One final note is that David was always on hand before and during my stay to make sure that I had everything I needed and that all was ok. Thank you David for a lovely stay!

Nothing really but if I had to be really picky, I would say to provide small bins in the bathroom and in the bedroom. This is so so minor.

Ha sido una estancia magnífica: la ubicación, la limpieza, la comodidad de las camas, que el apartamento es nuevo y muy silencioso y dispone de todo lo necesario. Además, el anfitrión es una persona amable, accesible y pendiente de que hayamos estado confortables. Nos facilitó pequeños electrodomésticos que no había (hervidor, tostador y batidora) así como ropa de recambio. Nos informó de las causas de un corte de agua que se debió a una avería en la ciudad. Muchas gracias por todo, David, nos gustaría mucho volver a alojarnos en Albareda 2.

Muy bien el anfitrión, estuvo atento en todo momento de lo que pudiésemos necesitar.
