Location great, property unkept and disappointing

Cabinets broken, dining chairs broken or close to breaking and unsafe, linen with stains on them, multiple windows broken and wouldn’t open (hot weather need for ventilation due to no AC), no toilet paper or paper towels, doors wouldn’t lock, towels wet and smelly in dryer (had to do 4 loads to have non smelly/wet towels)

The property was spacious with 5 bedrooms

The property is in really bad shape. It’s embarrassing for Vacasa to rent such a low quality property. This felt worse than a motel6. The floors are dirty and stained. The closet doors are not on the rails. The shower door is off the rails and almost fell on top of a kid trying to take a shower. Window blinds missing so no privacy at night. Pots and pans greasy. Bbq so dirty that it was unusable and required an hour of cleaning just so we could cook something. The oven is broken. Only works if you put it in self cleaning mode. Terrible
