Located on the 3rd floor, the residence overlooks the skating rink and is a short walk to the gondolas. There are televisions and DVD players in every room. The home is perfect for entertaining with a dining area which opens right onto the large private patio. This residence includes one underground parking space in the heated parking garage with elevator access. Whether you choose to hike, mountain bike, golf, ski, or skate, you will find everything you need only steps away from your front door.

- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.
