Some important things are missing in the room such as the disposable slippers, nails and hair set, ears cleaning sticks, and a shaving set.

Just Perfect

Wouldn’t have found it without Gabriel the taxi man. Also the bed is the worst bed ever slept in. Due to having chronic illness it didn’t help and also then lack of sleep made me struggle a bit but we persevered

Good location for reaching Lake Como. The menu was decent, and overall the place was clean. The man at the reception was absolutely wonderful — he welcomed us with a big smile, was cheerful, and eager to help. Underground parking is also a plus.

The elevator and facilities are quite old. The lift hadn’t been vacuumed and the carpet inside was dusty. We stayed for two nights and the daily cleaning was superficial — dirty coffee cups from the previous day were left behind.

Spacious and clean room. Good bathroom with very nice shower. Great breakfast. Free parking in the garage beneath the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel located near various restaurants. Fine hotel for a stop over.

It was quite warm in the room, airco not functioning well. The beds were a bit hard for two of us, for the other two they were fine.

Very clean and nice hotel. Stuff members were very helpful and kind, would recommend if you’re looking for a stay nearby Malpensa airport as it’s easy to commute (10m max to the station Saronno). Reception working 24h and check in/out is quick.

The hotel was good also staff , train was just 10 on foot You can go to como with direct train and to the airport just 18 minutes by train

The location was not good if you want visit Milan it about one hour by train , the cleaning they just change towel but the didn’t make up the room as requested

Good place for an overnight stop.

Comfortable clean room and bathroom .Safe parking and the location which was easy access to motorway .
