Terrific location and a very nice apartment. The value for the high price is lacking. Very modern aspect of this apartment is stylish but, the appliances and thermostat controls were too high-tech and not user friendly. There was no instruction manual for anything. No microwave oven. At times there was a distinct foul odor emanating from the bathroom drains, especially at night. Construction noise from the adjacent property began early, daily, and loud clomping noise from the apartment above was prominent at night. Not a restful stay. However, there is an abundance of closet space.
